Casho, which translates to 'dinner' in Somali, is an online food platform and supper club based in London. It aims to enhance the growing presence and familiarity with Somali cuisine in the food world. This website will serve as a hub for recipes, reflective essays, and details on forthcoming supper clubs. Casho is founded by, me, Halimo- a cook who combines a love for bringing people together with an enduring appreciation for food and the ways these two things bring forth creativity and sustain life.
